(1968) is a founding partner of Prevanto AG. As an accredited actuary in occupational pensions, she works with a number of pension institutions of differing sizes in various industries. In addition, she is responsible for a major cantonal pension fund.  <\/p>\n<p>Mich\u00e8le Mottu Stella completed her studies in economics at the University of Geneva and, since 1999, has been a Swiss-certified pensions insurance expert. For her degree, she dedicated her thesis to the merger of two pension funds and the consequences of a reduction in personnel.   <\/p>\n<p>Mich\u00e8le Mottu Stella was appointed as Head of Consulting at Swisscanto Pr\u00e9voyance SA Lausanne in 2014. From 1998 until the commencement of her work as a board member at Swisscanto Pensions Ltd. in 2005, Mich\u00e8le Mottu Stella worked in the &#8220;Actuarial Benefits &amp; Insurance Solutions&#8221; department at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a Senior Manager, 18 months of which she spent as an expat in London. Prior to that, she worked at a life insurance company for four years.  <\/p>\n<p>Mich\u00e8le Mottu Stella has more than 25 years of experience in the Swiss pensions market.
